  • NEW UPDATE BUG. Media Encoder renders media offline when queued from Premiere

Posted by Cody Crooks on June 26, 2016 at 8:00 pm

When I export all or a part of my sequence in Premiere everything is fine. When I want to export multiple sequences I select queue instead, but when I start the encoding in Media Encoder the output preview shows media offline when it truly isn’t. So I let it finish encoding to see if the output preview was lying to me. Sadly it wasn’t. My titles were there but where my video and audio was supposed to be had “media offline” instead. I’ve only tried queuing to Media Encoder with the .H264 format. I cleaned my cache in both programs and restarted. This has never happened before, only since the update. Also this project file was a previous file updated because of the newer version of Premiere ex: ProjectX (old) ProjectX_1 (new). Any help would be great because we all know exporting one at a time makes us fat.

I’m on a PC and my specs are:
    MB: X99
    CPU: 8-core i7-5960X
    Ram: 64GB Ripjaws V
    GPU: GTX970
    OS: Windows 10 Home
