New To Encore. Chapter button issue.
I build my menus with chapters linked to the timeline with poster boards marking the chapters. However when I try to use the directional arrow on a remote to move through them they only move two or three and then just start playing the last chapter it lands on. ON the second chapter page it just bounces back and forth between two chapters.
When I decided to try again and go back into the program the poster boards are messed up and what would be chapter 8 is now listed as 10 and will not change back. When I try to change the poster board and fix it it retains the other poster and changes the next one (What would be 9 with the poster board for eight.) Any suggestions would be great.

You can change button routing by turning automatic routing off.
Also, are any of your buttons set to autoactivate?
I assume that what you refer to as poster boards are what Encore calls thumbnails, where the content is set by selecting the poster frame for a chapter.
