    Im cant figure out what the 5K means next to bins, or 5,673- that bin being pretty full.

    Anyone care to explain? I googled it all over but couldnt find anything. thanks

    5 Kbits. 1024 Kbits is 1MB. So 5673KB is about 5.5MB.

    Each bin is a file on the FINDER level (or whatever Windows equivalent to that is). Unlike some other editing apps, where the project file is one thing…all that their is, Avid MC separates the bins and folders as separate files.

    Open up the project on the Finder level…you’ll see a mirror of what you see in your project…plus a couple additional files needed by the app to work. Don’t mess with those.
