After filming in DV mode, do I use the generic NSTC DV widescreen 720×480 29.97fps? Am going to burn this onto DVD’s.
If so, do I tinker with any of the other settings under this heading?? Just trying to get the best quality video. I know what rendering settings (from asking on here!), but just wanted to check on the actual project settings.
I have Sony Vegas Pro 10
    Thanks,
    Mark

Only if you shot in DV Widescreen. Otherwise use the standard NTSC DV template.

No. You will get the best quality by not tinkering. Sony has all the Vegas templates set up to work together. People get into lots of trouble when they “tinker”. (but then again… it would be awful quiet around here if they didn’t) lol 😉
