New monthly price of 19.-Euro not applied
Dear AVID users,
following issue: Our yearly Studio License renewed itself just prior to the announcement at the NAB that the
month price would drop from 58.-Euro to 19.-Euro.
When we wrote AVID, why we still pay 58.-Euro, their answer was, that our contract was renewed before the announcement,
and therefor we still have to pay another full year the old fee of 58.-Euro.This strikes me as highly unfair, since it puts customers, whose contracts renewed before the NAB 2018, in a bad position of being unable to adjust to the new payment plan in 2018 still.
It’s bad way of conducting business and just another incident underlining AVID’s bad customer service.Anybody else had a similar experience, regarding the new prices?
