    Hi,

    Apple has released the new MB and MB Pro this morning. The MB comes with No Firewire and only with USB 2.0 and the MB pro comes with only Firewire 800.

    I use a MB Black with its firewire 400 for video editing on FCP. I am wondering if you guys can shed some light about my wanting to upgrade to either the MB or MB Pro and how would this affect my needing to edit on FCP. I use Firewire DV cables from a Sony PD 170, a camcorder or a DV Deck(SOny DSR45) to capture footage in to FCP.

    I am concerned about physical connectivity of my cameras or DV deck to the new MB and MB pro as well as its compatability with FCP
