  New mac pro crashing

  I have a brand new mac pro 12 core 2 x 2.66 ghz with 64 GB of RAM
  and it is running mountain lion 10.8.2 it starts to flickers and crashes when I use final cut 7 and sometimes in QT. I have reinstalled and clean installed both the OS and FC, ran diskwarrior, memtest, hardware test, and diagnostics dose anyone have any idea what could be causing this it is not the final cut or video files because it only happens on the new computer.
