New layer added in Photoshop project doesn’t show up in Premiere
I’m working on a Photoshop project in Premiere. When I originally imported the Photoshop project to Premiere it had 8 layers. When I add an additional 9th layer in Photoshop it doesn’t show up in Premiere. How do I get Premiere to recognize the addition of a Photoshop layer added in a dynamically linked Photoshop file?

You need to open the Ps file from within Premiere.
Add the layer and save.
