New Laptop Specs for After Effects
Hello!
I am looking for a new laptop for After Effects work
Thoses who know, could you please check my specs and see if you think these specs will be ok, it will be a custom build, although if anyone knows of any great laptops/workbooks currently in the market that would be greatly appreciated also! My budget is around £1000-1300Intel® Core™ i7 Six Core Processor 8750H (2.2GHz, 4.1GHz Turbo)
16GB Corsair 2400MHz SODIMM DDR4 (1 x 16GB) or 2X8GB – what would be better?!
GTX 1060 – 6.0GB GDDR5 Video RAM – DirectX® 12.1

Personally, I’d contact Video Copilot and ask about their latest graphic cards spec. I learnt to my misfortune that my laptop graphics cards isn’t compatible and I don’t think they’ve updated their list in a while.
That’s assuming you want to use Element 3D at some point.
