I’m on this boat, too! Funny how AJA is working with us on new additions but they can’t seem to get rid of an old issue that bugs us really bad. So far, (knock on wood) I haven’t had it bite me in the butt on output.

I chalk it up to “one of those things.” annoying yes, but doesn’t stop the workflow. I just never listened to output when I was making a DVD dub off the timeline and the audio crackled through the entire 45 minute show.

Lesson learned, but I would not knock AJA in the least. It has never affected Edit to Tape, only playback off the timeline.

Don’t get me wrong, Walter. I’m not knocking AJA, just frustrated that this issue has not been resolved. And I imagine that AJA feels the same as you, therefore, its a low priority fix.
