I suspect it was user error but in doing the new update to Libraries in FCP 10.1. I saved my Events and Projects on the side but then trashed the new library as I wanted to start over. When I relaunched and tried again one of my Events was not recognized. I looked in the folder and all the media is there but it is missing the “CurrentVersion.fcpevent” file as well as the Backups file. It has Original Media, Shared Items, Render Files, and Transcoded Media Files. I am doing a Data Rescue scan in the hopes it will find the “CurrentVersion.fcpevent” Event file which is all I think I am missing but I think I may be out of luck.

The projects still launch but they are all missing media and the were all doing with multicam clips which I think are in the Event data.

Is there any way to Salvage some data here? Anyway to link up the old projects to clips even though they contain multicam clips?

Thanks in advance for any help!
