New Editing System

Welcome to the 21st century.

We have 5 stations of FCP. If I could have my old Discreet Edit back, I’d jump at it.

We have BMD cards and Multibridges. One of the MBs is kind of finicky but everything works perfectly fine. It’s a tough call between BMD and AJA. I’ve had a Digisuite for years on Edit and it had it’s problem days.

Hi Jiri, finally dumping your incite system then? FCP certainly plays nice with XDCam HD and you do get lots of RT with it, you can even edit whilst it’s still importing clips if you have a fast Mac. It will certainly be cheaper than an Axio, I’ve always used BMD cards with very few problems.
