  New Decklink Studio 4k won’t play our HD footage

  Is it correct that the Decklink Studio 4k does NOT support 1280 x 720 at 23.976 progressive? just bought this card expecting to be able to play our footage and it won’t. something we are missing? This is DVC-pro HD from a Panasonic HPX-2000. is there something we are missing? Thanks.
