I am in the Bay Area and have used them before. Their prices are normally pretty good, but their service always left a really bad taste in my mouth. I have had better luck with MST Productions (east bay) or Dub Express (SF). Both have given me much better service and are about the same price if not only a tad bit more.

We have been using New Cyberian for all our DVD replication since 2000 and I must say they do offer the best value for my money. I tried out another vendor one time but got nothing but frustration.
