Hi – Just got a DL HD Pro and a Multi Bridge
I’ve got the Monitor hooked up direct to the card (no Multibridge) via YUV. I’ve re installed FCP 5 and updated it to 5.0.3 and Ive run all the latest updaters drom the decklink site. The card is not outputting anything. It flashes on start up but that’s it. Im running a G5 dual with 2gb Ram runningh OSX 10.4.3. I have got Automatic duck installed. Deck control doesnt output anything either.

I’ve had to get a new system as my Cinewave has died mid job – I’m due to do an on line tomorrow!

    help?

    What card are you using?

Make sure you are outputtung the right signal from FCP (better yet use esy setup)

try to use the (Y) composite signal to make sure the cables are OK

if you enable the extended desktop, does it show up on your monitor?

    Hi,

Which model of Dual G5 do you have? Make sure it’s not the one with PCI slots as they are not supported. Kindly refer to this:

    Hello!

Yes, Kristian, you right. This is Mac with PCI slots. I’ve pu Decklink SP into PCI-X computer – evverything works fine. But here’s another question. When i connect to my broadcast monitor using composite signal ove Y-Out cable, the color of the output is fine. But when i connect to component input of my monitor using all three cables from Deckling SP the picture lacks the saturation. It looks like desaturated by 50%. Is it known issue, or i have the problems with monitor. The monitor is JVC TM-1750PN.

    Thank you,
    Dmitry.
