Does anyone know how change the audio waveform display in Premiere CC back to displaying the full waveform instead of only the top half?

Can’t find anything in prefs on that

Go to the Timeline Menu and uncheck Rectified Audio Waveforms. That should do the trick.

Ah, fantastic. That changed the display back to the full waveform.
I never knew there was a mini-menu specific to the timeline.
Thank you very much, that rectified waveform display was driving me crazy.

Having a similar problem. Running PremPro CC 2014 on iMac all ok, but on Macbook Air I do not see the waveform in the timeline, only in the source monitor.
Have expanded the tracks, can see and edit levels etc with levels bar and can see the video thumbnaisl.
Is this a feature of running on a memory challenged laptop 🙂

I’m embarrassed to say just *HOW MUCH* this was driving me nuts. Waveforms back to “normal.” Blood pressure dropping.

    Thank you so much.
