    Hello,

    Available today at the Support section of our website is new version 3.2 software for the KONA lineup. This release introduces many customer requested features, such as SD-SD Anamorphic conversions on KONA 3 and KONA 2, 720p25 Varicam support, and IMX/50 support.

    *New Features*

    – SD to SD aspect ratio conversions

    there is a major backlash to AJA “giving away” all these new free download upgrades. Too many people say “yea, there is nothing new with the AJA products”.

    has anyone else had problems wih the downloaded AJA installers? since V3 I have to request AJA to post them directly to my FTP server because the uncompressed installer errors out when try to install.

    I’ve even downloaded the file(s) on 3 different Macs and all the installers are corrupt?

    Are all three of those on the same network? Perhaps it’s an internet/firewall issue

    nope, they download fine to the three computers we have in the shop on our wireless internet system.

    Uh…did I miss something?

    – Removed “Limit Output Video to Legal Values” checkbox in KONA Control Panel due to inconsistent behavior and perception as a broadcast safe filter.

    What’s the deal with this. Sorry to rain on the parade…but I never like updates REMOVING options.
