  new 1.8 Avid codecs in After Effects

  Running AE cs3 on WinXP. I just installed the new 1.8 codecs and now I’m having serious crash problems working in 16-bit color space in After Effects.

  I have a dnxhd clip (specifically I am using 23.976fps, 720p, 90)

  If the AE settings are set to 8-bit I have no problems at all, as soon as I click that 16-bit button it crashes. Also, the session can be in 16-bit as long as I’m not viewing a dnxhd clip. As soon as my marker hits a dnxhd clip, it crashes.

  Anyone else?
