Ive been tryin to get my 2 macs to network without success. I recently changed the permissions on my drop box on the “others” option to “read and write”. That worked! I just want to know if Im now open to internet predators.

Hey Martin,
I don’t understand what you are trying to do, or what the problems is? Anyone can access your “Drop Box” but the rest of your Mac is relatively safe. Also, its a little hard to give any kind of specific advice without knowing which Mac models, and what OS’s you are running you are having problems with.
