  Network Timing Issue

  I need all you timecode math wiz’s to help me out here. I have a network clock that I have cut to. Acts end on :00 with :30 of black in between. Sometimes this causes the next act to begin on a :02 frame. No problem, as long as it’s :30 of black I should end up to time. My sequence’s last frame is at 01:43:59:29 and I’m cut to clock.

  The problem is that when I take out the black, I should end up at 01:41:59:29 but I’m at 01:41:59:26. I’m 3 frames short and I can’t figure out why.
