October 28, 2006 at 5:50 pmYup, I use it sometimes. Must be on XP on the PC side. You’ll want a bit of shareware called SharePoints as well to make life easier. The protocol on the Mac side is called SMB. I did alot of searching/testing on this a couple of years ago, but forget where I posted the success results. Try searching the Apple forums. You’ll need to set a different subnet/IP range for the 1394 ports you’re using (than your ethernet). After all is set up correctly, you may need to wait a few minutes for the devices to “discover” each other as well. If I remember anything else helpful, I’ll post.

October 29, 2006 at 1:43 amI do remember that it was a real hassle without Sharepoints. Searching Sharepoints & SMB should find you the answers.
