I edit on a Mac Pro, which is networked to a PC (XP) and a Mac G5. My printer is attached to the G5, but neither the Mac Pro nor the PC can print from it. The printer has sharing selected and print sharing on the G5, but just can’t get her to work. On the G5, i have DVD, File, and Printer Sharing all selected. On the PC, i’ve selected “Add Printer”, but it can’t find the printer and only looks on the “Microsoft Windows Network”, which i assume is the only way the PC can see the two Macs? Anyway, i figured it would be easier than this…

    Any ideas?

    Thanks again!

Do you have an Ethernet hub? Plug the printer in there.

Right, now plug the printer in and install the software on all computers. Should work then.
