    Hi maybe someone can help.

I’ve been searching the net for a solution to this problem but haven’t been able to find the answer so far.

I have an animation in after effects with a .png background that has a hole with transparency.

I have imported the animation into a sequence in premier and reduced some footage to fit just behind the whole.

I then add that sequence into another sequence in premier so I can animate both after effects animation and background footage together.

The problem I am having is that even though the original footage I added was good quality originally when scaled back to it’s original size it looses it’s quality and looks pretty dread full.

What’s the best way to get round this hurdle?

    thanks in advance,

    D.

P.S. Great website.. been reading the articles for a couple of weeks now and learnt so much.. thx.

Try using Effects/Video Effects/Distort/Transform instead of resizing with Effect Controls/Motion.
