    Hi there

I have a ticker-tape type effect which uses 3 vid layers (text and graphic), which needs to be moved up into title safe – is there anyway to collapse or nest these down into one video layer/or sequence whilst retaining the alpha channel?

If not – is there any way to move several clips by the same amount simultaneously?

    Many thanks in advance

    Jonny

Select the tracks you want to collapse in-to-out. Click the collapse button; it should be on the toolbar just above the timeline.

Your three tracks will collapse into one. If you want to get to the individual tracks again, just step into the nested tracks.

Search “collapse” in the help for more information.
