nesting
Posted by Donato M. rondinelli on April 7, 2006 at 9:20 pmIs their a way to nest & include handles? When I nest a group of shots I’m stuck with that length. If I step into it & drag it out my shots go out of sync on the top layer.
Suggestions?TIA!

It’s in the context of using a plugin to extend the duration but it should give you an idea

To work around it, make sure you put your nest on a separate layer, and lock other layers before working inside the nest.Anohter thing to bear in mind is that ‘nesting’ will destroy your composite modes (if the bottom layer inside your nest is e.g. additive, it will be ‘normal’ after nesting).

No, it doesn’t. You just need to add your handles to the clips before you nest them. Just like you need to keep handles in mind for any transitions.
