Negative Feedback….(also healthy)
Many times we speak well of Sony vegas or software that
we use…but it is also healthy that we listen to negative
comments made by Pros also.This is a blog of a filmmaker who has a terrible experience
using Sony Vegas, and in so doing, bashes Vegas like a rag doll.But with a deep understanding of the vegas software and
and film making techniques, i could easily see that Vegas
was not being handled/integrated properly in their workflow
…which lead to them having problems.
Primarily also they where using vegas to achieve an audio
function it was not designed for. When if just completed
in vegas and not for another app…..i could go on and on.Here is the blog to read thru:

So where’s the Vegas story then. Didn’t see it in either of the links. Only a small mention of the Vegas thing

The easiest way to find all the Vegas mentions is to do a search. However, there’s really very, very little that’s specific about Vegas problems other than Vegas didn’t export clips in a form that ProTools will read. ProTools is common in pro audio suites, so if you are going to sweeten the audio in ProTools, probably Vegas is a poor choice as an NLE.

Well then Rick, I thik he gave Vegas a wrong bash. Wasn’t Vegas’ problem from what you said. but oh well! Fast opinions make for poor judgement.
