Need update to Final Cut 5.1.4

Hi. I’m as amazed as any to find Apple no longer hold updates for FCP 5.1.4. Like everyone else I’m stuck with files that won’t open on my version. If any one could be so kind as to send me the update to FCP 7 I would flip for joy. If anyone can help please respond. Thanks.

Trying to find this update as well. I’m at FCP 5.0.4 and need to go to 5.1 I was able to download the 5.1.4 Update from apple with my serial #, but need the 5.1 UPGRADE before I can install the updates. Do you have that? Pleas let me know. Can’t capture HDV without. Thank you so much.

I’m in the same boat as the other fellow. I’ve got FC Studio 5.0.4 and I can’t upgrade FC to use the Apple Pro Training Series with the accompanying disks.

I would appreciate any help in this area.

I’m still on 5.0.2 and need to update to at least 5.1 to get Compressor to work.

Put me on the end of this train. I to need the upgrade. I’m on 5.0.2 and need to be at least on 5.1 to make Compressor work since I upgrade my OS to 10.5.8.
