Need to upgrade 10.3.0 to 10.3.4
I upgraded from 10.3.4 to 10.3.8 and lost the compatibility of iDVD with the Sony player I own. 10.3.4 created those OK.
I can re-install 10.3.0 from the recovery/archive in the OSX disk
BUT
How do I upgrade ONLY as far as 10.3.4? I only find the 10.3.8 combo.

What kind of “Sony Player” are you talking about? I’d work on finding a way to get that to work with 10.3.8. Don’t let one piece of hardware hold you back unless you absolutely have to. Let us know what it is, maybe we can help.

Hi,
Try running “Repair Disk” from Disk Utility (from the CD).
Then repair permissions.
If it still doesn’t work reapply the 10.3.8 combo updater and repair permissions again.

oops! sorry. a reference 170CDV Sony. Around $600. Located the problem in the superdrive. Apple is sending a new one.
