Whenever i am working with audio files i always have to reload them into the scene when i reopen the project

is there a way to stop this from happening its not much of an issue when its one or two but when you have more it becomes tiresome

    Hi Andrew,

You shouldn’t need to re-load the audio file every time. I don’t recall ever having to. I tested it again, as in the recording below, and the audio file remained in place even after closing the program. Your files might have some specific settings. If you could share an example of a file where this problem occurred, that would be helpful.

I apologize in advance if I didn’t understand, but I see in the video that when you opened the file, the audio file was in its place and didn’t need to be re-loaded. Please correct me. Secondly, does this problem only occur with WAV files? Have you tried other formats?

I tried to simulate your scene’s using various effects, and the motion and other effects remained the same; I didn’t need to re-upload the audio file. The problem might be with the version you’re using, and it seems to have been resolved in newer versions, as it was for me. Alternatively, the issue might be with the version on your device itself due to missing system files. You can check this by opening your file in another computer, or you can simplify the file by deleting anything you don’t want to share with us. I’ll examine the simplified file to determine the cause of the problem. I hope this helps.
