Need to Recreate an Effect in an Image with AE
Hello Creative Cow,
So I’m working on a video for the two gentlemen in the photo here. I would ideally like to replicate the effect of this picture in AfterEffects but I’m drawing a blank on how to do it best. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations for effects to try? Thank you!

Hi Chris. I would start with the Cartoon Effect for the outlined feeling – the water colour wash effects I’ll have to leave for someone else to chime in on.

it does kinda look like the cartoon effect butt.. id say its a cartoon effect black outlines only on top of a surface blur with a high blur
