Need to make ONE video with 2 different kind of resolution, 1920 and 1280 by 1080
I need to submit a video of my projects and it need to be in only one video as well. The problem is, one of them is in 1920 by 1080 and the other one is in 1280 by 1080. So I need to figure out a way to make them fit as one. I really need this as soon as possible, and also one of them is 24fps and the other one 30fps. Any ideas or suggestion?

You can use effects in Premiere Pro like Posterize Time to deal with the fps, but I think that there is no way use both resolutions without changing anything, it will be better if you make all your video in 1280×1080 and resize the bigger one,

1280×1080 is anamorphic HD. Specifically, it’s DVCPRO HD at 1080. Anamorphic means that it is squeezed horizontally in order to compress the image and save space. This footage typically has flags that it is anamorphic, and editing applications can read those flags and stretch the image to fill the 1920×1080 frame.
So…just use a 1920×1080 sequence, and drop in the 1280×1080 footage. It’ll fit just fine…look quite normal, actually.
