  Need to export 1080i as 576i .H264 ?

  Help!
  I need to convert 1080i master from FCPX to .H264 576i Top Field First 16:9 Anamorphic.
  Apple Compressor wont let me do it. I cant afford $500 for Telestream Episode.
  What options do I have?
