Need to convert text heavy video
I need to convert a 1920 x 1080 video to 240×180. What’s the best compression method using squeeze or apple compressor, without losing quality. Size isn’t a huge issue, but should to be around 10mb. Any helo would be much appreciated.

Another thing – Any text used at Full HD is unlikely to be usefully visible at all at 240×180 no matter how well it’s encoded.
