I have an in design file with many linked .psd images. We resaved those images as flattened .tiffs (using the same names). Is there a way to automatically relink all our .psd files with their new .tiff equivalent?

If you saved the flattened images as PSD instead of TIFF in a new folder, you could move the old folder and point to the new folder.

You can batch convert to PSD in Photoshop.

Thanks for the suggestion, but we needed them to be .TIFFs. However, I did find a solution. It turns out that InDesign has a handy feature called “Relink to Folder” where you can relink your files if they have the same names but different extensions. It’s located in the hamburger menu of the “Links” panel.

    Cool, didn’t know that.
