  Need standard B4 zoom – is no doubler better optically than with?

  I need another ENG B4 standard zoom. A local reseller found one that looks to be in good condition but without a doubler. I see these lenses going for under $5k on eBay these days and don’t want to pay more for one without a doubler. But does taking out the doubler increase image quality? If so I may change my opinion.

  Anyone selling one?
