I looked at all the topics in the main forum section and couldn’t find one that fully fit with my question.

Here’s my issue. I am trying to get a video enhanced as best as possible. I have tried doing this myself on Sony Vegas and even tried tinkering with it on Adobe but to no avail. I have come to the conclusion that if this is even possible then this job is way out my league.

If there is someone here that can enhance this video or knows someone willing to do it then please lets talk. I am willing to hire someone to do this, just provide a quote and if the price is reasonable then we have a deal.

If posting this in not allowed on this topic then please show me where this is supposed to be posted and I’ll move the thread. Thank you

Tell us what video enhancing means to you. What does your
footage look like now and what do you want it to look like?

The footage as it is right now is standard defintion and it is a bit dark and blurry. I need the footage to be brighter, clearer, and made to where it is possibly a higher definition (not necessarily HD). I hope that describes the issue well enough 🙂

First start out with a color correction filter and stretch
out the luminance levels. Some combination of Gain and Offset
ought to make the picture brighter.

Then apply the unsharp mask with the light preset and see what
you have. If it is really noisy you might want to get a copy of
Neatvideo. It can do denoising and sharpening in wavelet space.
It is quite good IF you spend one or two hours turning
down the strength of the spatial part of the filter and
tweaking up the temporal part of the denoiser.

If you can’t do what you want with a color correction and Neatvideo,
you need a true expert in the field and it is probable that they
might not be able to do any better.

Up-rezzing SD imagery to HD using sophisticated algorithms works only
tolerably well with clean, well-exposed SD imagery. This probably
    isn’t what you have here.
