  need some help with som effects!

  Hi.

  I just saw a kiteboarding film with AWESOME effects.

  can someone explain how they do the effect in time:01.34 and 02.15 in the film. think it is awesome. i dont know if they use ae but are the any effect or plugin i can use to make the first effect there? white mask after him.
