Need some COW inspiration/direction
Hi all,
I am pitching a new show to FOX (local) on Tuesday. The show is already cut with music, lower thirds, etc. I have a :10 opening animation that I am not completely satisfied with at this point and since I have a little less than a week I thought I would turn to the COW to get some feedback/inspiration.
The opening sequence has the 3D logo flying in, waits for a second and the text name of the show flys on. The logo the logo and text explode (using scatter and glow) and the camera flier through the pieces into a black screen where 3D Stroke draws the outline of the city skyline (the show is about the city). The mask shape then morphs into a woman dancing (keyed footage against a deep red background) then half tone, roughened edge images of the people involved in the show appear (to the beat) at the bottom of the screen. Camera then flies through woman to logo and topic of show.
I am not happy with these images and believe there needs to be something else going on behind or in front of woman. I have tried a few things but am stuck. I would post the visual here but since the meeting is Tuesday I have to wait to show anyone prior to the meeting. I know this is a long post but would greatly appreciate any feedback or advice. Thanks for reading.
