Need some advice with transparent rendering
Hi guys,
Can anybody help me with my render, I am new to cinema and really struggling with how to make it.I need to create a render in PNG, its a product visualisation. But it should have not only the transparent BG, but the material of the product should be transparent as well. In order to compose it later in PS.
But when I render it, it has a transparent BG but the material ,instead of being transparent , is with black.Here are some screenshot to make it clear.

try turning off Total Internal Reflection in your transparency, you might be seeing the reflection of the world black
