  Need i/o card recommendation

  Now that I finally am shooting in HD (Sony EX1) I need to add a card to my MacPro, so that I can run an external HD monitor. I don’t really need the card for anything else, so I don’t see the point of spending a lot of dough. The only thing I was thinking might be handy would be to have a card with an SDI input, so that I could ingest downconverted footage from the camera’s SDI output. Any suggestions?
