Need how to Ideas
I need to animate arrows on a map showing paths. Not just lines with points but in some cases wide sweeping movements. Maybe like the path of a hurricane across a state. Could this be done in After FX or is there some plug-in or software that you guys might have used that would do this.

Is this After Effects CS3? Shape Layers are fast, flexible, very similar to basic Illustrator shapes, and totally open to tween animation.

Yes CS3, I’ll look up some tutorials. Sounds like the tweening is what i need because the arrows need to change scale in some cases.
