Need help with this Effect .

Need a lot more detail for a correct answer. How is it framed, what is blocking the effect from happening so far? Etc.

From what you explained all I can say is use a mask to split the screen at the door and put one footage on one side of the mask, and the other on the other side. Shift the clips in the timeline till she looks like she is walking in sync between the shots.

Use the AE masks. You’ll have to know the very basic fundamentals of AE to work with it. What you are doing very likely is an easy effect but you gotta know the program enough for us to give tips. I’d spend a few days with the manual. You’ll get it.
