  need help with magic bullet looks

  I downloaded magic bullet looks 1.2, and for some reason it will only let me work with still images. it shows up as a plugin on premiere (im using cs4) but whenever I actually put it on a clip and try to edit it nothing shows up, and it will only let me import stills. What exactly am I doing wrong here?
