    Had two quick questions:

    1) When I used Vegas 8.0 Pro and I went to chroma key something I could take the eye-droppper and drag a larger section of a background that might have a little variance. When I use 9.0 they eye droppper does not let me gather a large sample but takes the color from the point it touches. How do I change that?

    2) Can Vegas take flv’s into the timeline? I can’t seem to find a way to import.

You can’t. I’m not sure if this change was intentional or a bug in Vegas Pro 9.0 but it sure is missed.

Again, you can’t. FLV is a delivery format not an editing format. If that’s the only source that you have to work with, then use tool like Avidemux 2.5 to convert the FLV file to Lagarith, Huffyuv, MJPEG, DV or some other edit friendly format.
