  Need help to change speed wiht Adrenaline

  Hi!
  Im starting work with Avid Adrenaline HD, and i dont know wich its the best way to do a lot of things.

  The most important: I have a 20 minutes clip with a Landscape with clouds in Betacam Digital, i want to acelerate it aroun 500%, but i have a lot of filters about change speed.
  Wich one do u recomend to me, and whick kind on frame interpretacion its the best.
