I reder things in ae by making a prerender composition and then rendering. I dont have to much time to go back and re render anything but if i must i must. I NEED THIS VIDEO ON THE INTERNET BY 7 AM EASTERN TIME ON SATURDAY

What CODEC did you use when you rendered the file? Seems like you used a lossless CODEC, which will give you a huge file not sutable for the web.

Try rendering out a Quicktime Sorenson 3 clip from Premiere – great codec for retaining color and quality, while compressing the video down. Depending on how small you need to make the file size, you can cut the frames per second in half, reduce the dimensions of your final video, etc. Lots of things to make the video smaller.
