  Need help smoothing out motion track choppiness in sony vegas 13.

  Need help smoothing out motion track choppiness in sony vegas 13. The
  track is only panning no zooming and it is only choppy at certain parts I
  tried to change smoothness between motions and didn’t help. Any advice
  on what to do. Here’s a link to the video and the choppiness that’s
