NEED HELP setting up a media100system
i just bought a media 100 system (vincent601+breakoutbox). unfortunately theres NO software, no serialnumber etc with it. (got it from an “insolvency”-company)
i ve downloaded the latest media100 software, but it needs a serialnumber which i don t have.
i try to contact the media100 customer support…but no replay…. :-(((
is there any way to get this system runnin? i.e to use the hardware with other software?i am also not shure wich system i have got….

You need a serial number for Media100 to work. The boards only work with Media100 and only with the same serial number as the software. If you buy a board without software and a serial number, you’ve thrown your money away. Call the sales dept. at Media100 and see if you can work something out. 800-922-3220.
