Need help resizing logo in illustrator cs2
Question regarding Illustrator cs2
I am having problems resizing my logo (a written out word with a bunch of layers)… The problem is when I resize the logo not everything moves with it; parts of one letter resize but moves out of position. One of the letters has had three more layers of work done to it. The work is intricate and fails to adjust properly with the rest of the logo when I try to make it larger. Is there a way to flatten the work so that everything can move at once and stay in proportion whether you make it twice as large or twice as small?
I’ve tried using the flatten option but I still have this problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Press Ctrl+Alt+2(PC), to release any locked objects. Than make sure you have Scale Strokes and Effects enabled in your General Preferences. Try to scale again.
Or, save a new version of the document, than Select All, Object/Expand and/or Object/Expand Appearance – whichever works in your case.
Or, you could paste the art into Photoshop as a Smart Object, than resize.
Just some thoughts.
