• DVD Authoring

  Need good authoring software and encoder any ideas?

  Hi everyone.
  So far I have been encoding and authoring in Nero Express
  for some reason even when I select 16:9 on the tv it squishes to 4:3… its just not encoding properly.

  I have tried Ulead DVD workshop, however I applied to get a refund within 30 days as I was not satisfied with the product. found it hard to use, it didnt work properly, and there was no support.

  So now I am still looking for an authoring program that is better than Nero Express but wont break the bank.

  I have *heard* of
  Adobe Encore
  Roxio Toast
  which are good?
  tell me about some of your experiences with these and others
